Shipping policy

SHIPPING CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY:

Two Shipping Types are available based on the products being purchased:

1. Flat Rate Shipping:
A flat rate based on your country will be automatically applied at checkout. This rate covers most regions as we currently ship worldwide.

If your country is not available at checkout or you encounter any shipping issues, please contact us directly info@mysticalsparktcg.ca — we’re happy to help arrange a custom shipping option.

Shipping rates are determined at the discretion of Mysticalspark TCG, based on the best available courier options and rates at the time of shipment.


2. Build a Bag (Pay for shipping later)

If you are looking to have the products opened live on Stream and not pay for shipping as yet. Use the code "BUILDABAG" at checkout to have the shipping fee automatically removed. The order will then be added to the online queue and opened on Monday or Friday nights on the Live Twitch Streams. https://twitch.tv/mysticalspark

1.1 Order Processing:

  • Sealed Product orders placed on MysticalsparkTCG.ca will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving payment authorization.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.  MysticalsparkTCG.ca will not be held liable for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

1.2 Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping will be based on a flat rate charge which depends on the size of the order. 
  • Shipping over $250 CAD will be free, and MysticalsparkTCG.ca will be able to use their choice of the trusted courier.

1.3 Shipping Times:

  • Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

1.4 International Shipping:

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for additional information.

1.5 Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website to track your order.

1.6 Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you experience a significant delay, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

1.7 Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Mysticalsparktcg.ca is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation if you believe your package is lost or stolen.

1.8 Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, and it is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping

  • Disclaimer: If you have not requested shipping for your Live Breaks after 90 days of your last purchase, your cards may be donated to the stream.
