Refund Policy
- Opened Products: Once a product has been opened on stream, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes all packs, boxes, and other sealed products including mystery bags.
- Shipped Products: Shipped products will not be able to be refunded as it has left the sellers hands and cannot be stopped. Therefore the order will not be refundable.
- Sealed Products: If the product remains sealed and has not yet been shipped, you may request a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all such refunds.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

Two Shipping Types are available based on the products being purchased:
1. Flat Rate Shipping:
A flat rate based on your country will be automatically applied at checkout. This rate covers most regions as we currently ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are determined at the discretion of Mysticalspark TCG, based on the best available courier options and rates at the time of shipment.

If you are looking to have the products opened live on Stream and not pay for shipping as yet. Use the code "BUILDABAG" at checkout to have the shipping fee automatically removed. 1.1 Order Processing:
- Sealed Product orders placed on MysticalsparkTCG.ca will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving payment authorization.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. MysticalsparkTCG.ca will not be held liable for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
1.2 Shipping Methods:
- Shipping will be based on a flat rate charge which depends on the size of the order.
- Shipping over $250 CAD will be free, and MysticalsparkTCG.ca will be able to use their choice of the trusted courier.
1.3 Shipping Times:
- Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
1.4 International Shipping:
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for additional information.
1.5 Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website to track your order.
1.6 Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you experience a significant delay, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
1.7 Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Mysticalsparktcg.ca is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation if you believe your package is lost or stolen.
1.8 Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, and it is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping

MysticalsparkTCG Grading Submission Disclaimer
By submitting cards to MysticalsparkTCG for grading services, "You" (the Customer) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Submission Authorization
You confirm that you are the lawful owner of all cards submitted for grading and have full authority to request this service.
Third-Party Grading Services
MysticalsparkTCG acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the submission of your cards to third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, CGC, BGS). We do not grade cards ourselves.
Liability and Risk Acknowledgement
While every reasonable effort is made to handle your cards with care, MysticalsparkTCG is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to your cards during transit, handling, or return shipping—whether while in our possession, the grader’s possession, or in transit with a postal or courier service.
Insurance
Customers are responsible for requesting and paying for any additional insurance coverage on their shipments. If no insurance is requested, all shipments are sent at the customer’s own risk.
Grading Results
Grading results are determined entirely by the third-party grading company and are outside the control of MysticalsparkTCG. We make no guarantees regarding grades, turnaround times, or authentication outcomes.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting cards for grading through MysticalsparkTCG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
