Refund Policy

1. Opened Products: Once a product has been opened on stream, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes all packs, boxes, and other sealed products including mystery bags.
2. Shipped Products: Shipped products will not be able to be refunded as it has left the sellers hands and cannot be stopped. Therefore the order will not be refundable.
3. Sealed Products: If the product remains sealed and has not yet been shipped, you may request a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all such refunds. 
4. Shipping Costs: Please note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

By using our services, you accept full responsibility and understand that Mysticalspark TCG shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or other claims arising from the trading, grading or shipment of your cards. We do purchase insurance from the grading services for when they are shipping back to Mysticalspark TCG for the reveal stream

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
