Refund & Return Policy
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders for standard, sealed items may be canceled prior to dispatch. Requests for cancellation before shipment may be subject to a non-refundable administrative processing fee (up to 10%) to cover non-recoverable payment processing charges incurred at checkout. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled in transit.
Live Stream & "Rip & Ship" Purchases
By purchasing items designated to be opened on stream ("Rip & Ship", "Live Break", or "Live Opening" or using Promo Code "BuildaBag"), you explicitly instruct Mysticalspark TCG to break the manufacturer’s factory seal on your behalf prior to physical dispatch.
* Once a sealed product has been opened on stream per your request, the purchase is final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
* This applies to all packs, booster boxes, mystery products, and custom bundles unsealed during a broadcast.
Standard Returns (Non-EU / Domestic)
Except for products opened on stream or specifically marked as final sale, unopened and factory-sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
* The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
* Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Returned items must arrive in their original, undamaged, factory-sealed condition.
European Union & UK Consumer Rights (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from or cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
Statutory Exceptions for Trading Card Products (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16):
* Products Opened at Buyer Request / On Stream: Pursuant to Article 16(c) (goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized) and Article 16(e), products that have been unsealed, opened on stream, or broken out of factory shrink-wrap/seals forfeit the right of withdrawal once opened.
* Sealed Box Products: Pursuant to Article 16(e), the right of withdrawal ceases once the manufacturer's factory shrink-wrap, security seal, or tape has been unsealed or tampered with after delivery. Unopened, factory-sealed items remain eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
* Single Cards & Volatile Goods: Pursuant to Article 16(b), items whose price depends on rapid secondary financial market fluctuations beyond our control (e.g., single trading cards) are exempt from statutory withdrawal rights once delivered. Returned cards must match the exact condition, grade, and unique serial identifier recorded prior to dispatch.
For EU returns under the statutory withdrawal right, we will refund the item purchase price and standard outbound delivery charges upon receiving the returned goods in factory-sealed condition. The customer remains responsible for direct return shipping costs back to our facility.

Two Shipping Types are available based on the products being purchased:
1. Flat Rate Shipping:
A flat rate based on your country will be automatically applied at checkout. This rate covers most regions as we currently ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are determined at the discretion of Mysticalspark TCG, based on the best available courier options and rates at the time of shipment.

If you are looking to have the products opened live on Stream and not pay for shipping as yet. Use the code "BUILDABAG" at checkout to have the shipping fee automatically removed. 1.1 Order Processing:
- Sealed Product orders placed on MysticalsparkTCG.ca will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving payment authorization.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. MysticalsparkTCG.ca will not be held liable for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
1.2 Shipping Methods:
- Shipping will be based on a flat rate charge which depends on the size of the order.
- Shipping over $250 CAD will be free, and MysticalsparkTCG.ca will be able to use their choice of the trusted courier.
1.3 Shipping Times:
- Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
1.4 International Shipping:
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for additional information.
1.5 Order Tracking:

1.7 Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Mysticalsparktcg.ca is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation if you believe your package is lost or stolen.
1.8 Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, and it is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping

MysticalsparkTCG Grading Submission Disclaimer
By submitting cards to MysticalsparkTCG for grading services, "You" (the Customer) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Submission Authorization
You confirm that you are the lawful owner of all cards submitted for grading and have full authority to request this service.
Third-Party Grading Services
MysticalsparkTCG acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the submission of your cards to third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, CGC, BGS). We do not grade cards ourselves.
Liability and Risk Acknowledgement
While every reasonable effort is made to handle your cards with care, MysticalsparkTCG is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to your cards during transit, handling, or return shipping—whether while in our possession, the grader’s possession, or in transit with a postal or courier service.
Insurance
Customers are responsible for requesting and paying for any additional insurance coverage on their shipments. If no insurance is requested, all shipments are sent at the customer’s own risk.
Grading Results
Grading results are determined entirely by the third-party grading company and are outside the control of MysticalsparkTCG. We make no guarantees regarding grades, turnaround times, or authentication outcomes.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting cards for grading through MysticalsparkTCG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
